Marlo is certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. (NASM). He also is a certified “TRX” trainer. In addition he holds a certification with Stretchlab as a “mobility specialist” or “flexologist”.

HOW I CAN HELP YOU

My focus as a trainer and coach is on individuals who are 40 years and older, and who have little or no experience working out.

I will build a program that will help you to develop your strength, increase your flexibility, and most importantly your cardiovascular conditioning.

With minimal equipment, you will find the confidence to approach physical activity with joy and very little fear.

Marlo offers private one-on-one training as well as virtual and bootcamp classes. Your program will be designed to fit your fitness goals. Each program will combine strength, intensity and flexibility
